We offer three types of primary care providers for children, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine & Pediatrics and Family Medicine — all delivering the same high-quality, compassionate care.
Pediatrics
Focuses only on infants, children, and adolescents, with specialized training in childhood growth, development, and pediatric diseases.

Combines training in both adult internal medicine and pediatrics, allowing physicians to care for both children and adults, especially patients with complex or chronic lifelong conditions. Also known as Med-Peds.

Treats patients of all ages and emphasizes broad, preventive, and continuous care for individuals and families.

A well child visit is a routine checkup for children from infancy through adolescence, focusing on preventive care and developmental milestones. These visits are important because they give your pediatric provider the opportunity to monitor your child's growth, development, and overall health. They can detect a potential health concern early and treat issues early on.
These visits aren’t just for children – they also offer an opportunity for parents to voice concerns, ask advice, get referrals and reassurance around their child’s health and development.
After your child's first year, well-child visits with your pediatric provider will occur once every year.
What happens during a Well Child Visit?
Well Child Visits offer the opportunity to raise concerns about their child's growth and development, review milestones, receive immunizations to prevent illness, and develop a relationship with your trusted provider. Here's what else you can expect during your next well-child visit:
