Fatima Aman Siddiqui, MDDr. Siddiqui was born in Pakistan and raised in Vaughan, Canada. She received her medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis. During her fourth year of medical school she took part in medical improvement for medical A.I at a software engineering firm. Fatima looks forward to branching her skill set in family medicine. She loves to paint landscapes, enjoys spending time her family and cat, exploring new cuisines, and loves to do puzzles. |

Neil Bharkhada, MDDr. Bharkhada was born in Montreal, Canada, and grew up in Brampton, Canada. He graduated from the University of Debrecen Medical School and Health Science Center in Hungary. The opportunity to practice Family Medicine has him excited to build long-lasting relationships with patients and provide comprehensive care across all stages of life. His areas of interest include full spectrum family medicine, addiction medicine, and adolescent medicine. Outside of medicine, he is an avid basketball fan, and enjoys traveling, trying new food/restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. |

Aafia Gheewale, MDDr. Gheewale was born in Boston, raised in Dubai, and holds Indian heritage, altogether bringing a blend of culture and experiences that have shaped her dearly. She attended medical school in Dubai while being part of the inaugural batch of medical students at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU). During her time at MBRU, she co-founded and lead the REACH club, the university’s first charity club, where she explored her passion for humanitarian activities and making an impact in her community. Aafia enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines, participating in adventurous activities, and above all spending time with her husband and loved ones. Professionally, she aims for a career in hospital medicine and looks forward to the growth that lies ahead in her journey at the Trinity Health Livingston Hospital. |

Samantha Goodenow, MDDr. Goodenow grew up in South Lyon, Michigan. She completed undergrad at Michigan State University and medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit. Her interests in family medicine include lifestyle medicine, procedures, and breastfeeding medicine. She looks forward to providing care in the community. Outside of work she enjoys exercising, knitting, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and nearby family. |

Toni Grant, MDDr. Grant was born in Kingston, Jamaica but raised in Ajax, Ontario; Canada. She completed her undergraduate degree, in Nursing at the University of Ontario institute of technology in Oshawa, Ontario. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Ontario in both the hospital and community setting prior to making the leap into family medicine. Toni’s strong passion and enthusiasm to help patients, drove her to further her medical education by pursuing medical school. Thus, she went to medical school in Dominica, at All Saints University School of Medicine. Her clinical interests include community medicine, wound care management/infectious disease and preventative health. Outside of medicine Toni enjoys several activities such as going on hikes, yoga and spending time with her family and friends. |

Payal Jain, MDDr. Jain grew up in Lagos, Nigeria. She moved to India to pursue MBBS at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore and is a gold medalist. Her passion for medicine grew from a young age, driven by a deep commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. Payal has worked with various NGOs in India and Nigeria where she focused on advocating for women's health and improving healthcare access in underserved communities. Her clinical interests include inpatient medicine, obstetrics and geriatric care. Payal’s interests outside of medicine include travelling, exploring diverse cultures, playing badminton, practicing yoga and participating in escape rooms. She also has a deep passion for music and loves singing. |

Peter Yassa, MDDr. Yassa was born and raised in Egypt. He earned his medical degree from Cairo University Faculty of Medicine and practiced medicine with a surgical focus in Egypt. Later, he completed a research fellowship in the pain management department at the Cleveland Clinic. Inspired by his passion for a more comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care, Peter pursued further training in Family Medicine at Trinity Health. Beyond his medical practice, he cherishes quality time with his family, playing the keyboard, and swimming. As a devout Coptic Orthodox Christian, Peter views medicine as the broadest avenue for assisting those in need. |

Siena Captain, MDDr. Captain is from Southeast Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan before earning her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Her clinical interests include Hospital Medicine, Rural Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Obstetrics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, hiking, rock climbing, trying new foods, and listening to music. |

John Carzon, DODr. Carzon was raised in Howell, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate at Madonna University and his masters in bioethics at University of Mary before attending Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. John is excited to do his residency and serve the great people in the Livingston County community. His clinical interests include OMT, lifestyle medicine, rural/underserved care, sports medicine, and healthcare ethics. Outside of medicine he likes following the Red Wings, Lions, and Tigers, hanging out with friends, playing sports, Bible and book studies, and visiting old churches around Detroit |

Ivana Grasic, MDDr. Grasic grew up in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Zagreb, School of Medicine in Croatia. She looks forward to providing care for the community of Livingston County. Ivana grew up playing and continues to play a wide array of sports ranging from tennis, golf, volleyball, ice hockey to pickleball. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. |

Mary Hale, MDDr. Hale grew up in Ann Arbor, MI as the third of eight children. She studied Theology at The University of Notre Dame in Indiana before medical school at Michigan State College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids. Mary enjoys caring for patients of all ages but is especially passionate about women’s health concerns, prenatal care, and fertility awareness-based methods for family planning. In her free time, Mary loves to spend time with her husband and son and their families. |

Sahar Khan, MDDr. Khan was born and raised in Dearborn, MI, and completed both her undergraduate and medical education at Michigan State University. She is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and using medicine as a tool for meaningful connection and advocacy. Outside of work, she loves spending her time with her husband- her best friend- and their three amazing children. As a family, they love traveling, staying active, reading, and finding joy in everyday moments. She is committed to lifelong learning and to serving her community with consistency, integrity, and heart. |

Joseph Mullally, DODr. Mullally was raised in Port Huron, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ave Maria University in Southwest Florida before beginning his medical studies at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. Joseph has a passion for caring for rural/underserved populations, mission work, sports medicine, medical ethics, point-of-care ultrasound, and obesity medicine. He is grateful to join the exceptional Trinity Health Livingston community and looks forward to helping his future patients reach their health goals. In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, participating in his Church community, playing pick-up soccer, long-distance running, camping, reading The Lord of the Rings, and trying new foods. |

Hyacinth Pinto, MDDr. Pinto was born and raised in Mumbai, India. She attended medical school and completed a dermatology residency in Mangalore, India. At the core of her practice as a physician were home visits for the elderly and conducting free medical camps for the underprivileged through St. Luke Medical Guild, Mumbai. Hyacinth now calls Ann Arbor home and was inspired to pursue a training in family medicine while working with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Washtenaw County. Hyacinth has a special interest and passion for working with the geriatric population. She loves to sing, bake and feed people home-cooked meals. She also enjoys going on short road trips to farms, state parks and trying different cuisines with her husband and two sons. |

Sandy Awad, MDBorn and raised in Egypt, Sandy earned her medical degree from Faculty of Medicine Cairo University and has a background in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She pursued Family Medicine because of its emphasis on comprehensive, continuous care and the opportunity to care for patients and families through every stage of life—from childhood to older adulthood. Her clinical interests include women's health, obstetrics, preventive care, and lifestyle medicine. Sandy believes that medicine is a calling centered on compassion and service. Outside of work, she serves as a Sunday school teacher at her church and enjoys cooking new recipes, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two children. |

Neelam Chahal, MDNeelam is a first-generation physician who grew up in a small town in India, where her passion for serving others and caring for her community first took root. She earned her medical degree in China before returning to India to practice in both primary care and emergency medicine. She is excited to join the Trinity Health Livingston Family Medicine Residency Program, where she looks forward to caring for patients of all ages and growing into a compassionate, well-rounded family physician. She went on to attend Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, where she developed a strong interest in Family Medicine. Theresa Couri, DOTheresa was born in Springfield, IL. Theresa completed her bachelor of science degree through Benedictine University, and attended Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine to obtain her doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. She enjoys caring for patients across many different fields of medicine, particularly sports medicine and women’s health, and appreciates the opportunity to assist women in understanding their bodies and overall health better through the use of Fertility Awareness-Based Methods.
