She truly takes the time to listen to me, and is unafraid to send out referrals when things are out of her realm of expertise. As a new patient with chronic illnesses that often come with a long list of weird symptoms, I already (within only 2 visits)feel extremely confident that Dr. Orlando truly listens and cares.
Telling me you spent more than the time allowed and still didn’t address ALL my concerns is not a good first impression
Dr Orlando has been my primary care physician since 2019. I am senior with a lot of health issues. She is very good at helping me cope and coordinating my medication. I have the upmost confidence and respect for her. She is honest with me and very effective at her job.

My appointment was for an annual physical but Dr. Orlando took time to examine my new onset shoulder pain and prescribe a course of treatment. A physician I had prior to IHA would have insisted on a separate appointment as this was an "unrelated issue."

Time before this apoinment was horrible imy complaint was not looked into nor was asked about this time , my time was little and there was not any only one persone in the lobby as I exited, it take one hour drive to get to this office and i felt like i was just looked at.
Dr.Orlando is amazing! She takes her time to hear me out and address my concerns. Never once did I feel like she didn’t care or rushed my time with her
