Dr Carbajo has been my primary Physician for over 20 yrs. In that time she has worked VERY hard to find what had made me so ill,And referred me to a rheumatologist to assist in getting to the root of the cause and treatment. She does not hesitate to try everything she can and if needing more support or reinforcement she isn’t afraid to refer. It seriously saved my life. She was a supportive coach and mentor as she encouraged me to lose weight for my general health and I successfully took off 42 lbs…. She was so kind and supportive through all of it. Dr Carbajo is so caring about her patients, I think we put great stock in what she says not only for ourselves but so to make her proud!

Appt with Dr Carbajo was great. Front desk staff not so much. There was a long line when I came in for my appt. When I finally got to the front desk, she told me she was only checking in urgent care. There was no one at the other desk, so she told me to have a seat. Then the admin got to the desk for regular appts and started taking the people in line, when I had been told to sit down and was there before others. There should be signs signally which desk was for which, and a sign in if admin was not there yet. Poorly run.
