About

Kristen Upton, CNP, IBCLC, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Michigan. Kristen has more than 14 years of experience in nursing, including time in both surgical and pediatric intensive care units. Her clinical interests include health promotion through positive living choices with an emphasis on exercise and nutrition, in particular for the non-athletic, newly active child. Additionally, Kristen is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who provides mothers with breastfeeding support and education.

We love Kristen! She always remembers us and is very interested in how the girls are doing. She answers all our questions and makes sure my daughter understands and answers her questions

I have seen most of the doctors from this office and Kristen is the only one to take a minute and alliw my child to warm up to her. And guess what? She was able to do her exam. Others have not been able to and put in their notes that my 2 year old is fussy. Is she fissy or is EVERYONE except Kristen in a rush.

Kristen is the best! Our kids love her, and they are always happy to see her even if they aren't feeling well. Kristen goes above and beyond to make sure our kids feel comfortable, and you can tell that her concern is extremely genuine. She is fantastic!
