I had a 9:00 am appointment. I did not see Kelly until 9:40. There was not acknowledgement of the time I waited. I also waited for the nurse after my visit, but ended up leaving before anyone showed up. There was no one in the hall or check-out when I left. Unfortunately, this cast a shadow on the entire visit.
