This was my first check-up after a double mastectomy and rebuild. Jill was very professional. She walked me through how to treat my scars and keep them from itching. The whole staff at this office is very friendly and professional.

Loved that I was able to have a video chat for this visit. We live in the UP for the summer. Jill explained the results of my recent mammogram/ultrasound and what the next steps could be following my Dec. 2025 mammogram/ultrasound.
My post radiation, chemo and lumpectomy breast felt achy and heavy. Ms. Federer took the time to show me how to massage the breast and I felt relief. I appreciated the education and application.

The experiences with all the staff was wonderful. The only issue I had was obtaining appointments through the scheduler. I left multiple voicemails and called multiple times and never received a call back. The only time I was able to contact them was just by calling repeatedly until I got lucky and they picked up the phone.. once they were on the phone they were very helpful.

After many years with Colleen, this new NP, Jill, seemed like she didn't know any of my history and was throwing all these tests and surveys at me and expected me to know all the answers off the top of my head. It was a bit much.

I feel very lucky to have seen Jill Federer. She is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
Compared to my previous nurse practitioner, she was more interested in having me fit into a specific profile for care rather than addressing my specific situation. Also, the breast exam was more cursory than I was used to.
The NP was fantastic and made me feel comfortable which is hard as a man dealing with a predominantly womans issue.
I had not met the NP before, but am sure I will be able to get the rest of my concerns addressed when I meet with the surgeon during my next appointment.
The front desk staff is also efficient and kind and patient.
