I had hoped to ask another question or two, and then we were done. The important stuff was covered but I always seek input to make sure I have a successful experience when using the equipment, which begins next week
Super nice guy, but getting him to perscribe something is like pulling teeth. The last 2 times I have seen him, I had to go through my primary doc to make any changes, even though I followed his instructions, and they didn’t work

At the initial introduction; I had to repeat the correct pronunciation of my name three times. He (like many doctors) are often too busy to slow down and listen. I was initially put off by hi inattention. But my initial impression was incorrect. He is a good and competent doctor and a nice man who is caring and kind.
I had a pleasant consultation with Dr Kozlowski. I was late for my appointment but this office got me in which I am grateful for. I do value doctors time and I am very sorry.

Although a good Visit...I'm very disappointed in this basic visit instead of including it with set up for sleep study. I waited 5 plus weeks for what they said was my sleep study visit...BUT instead it was a CONSULTATION for a sleep STUDY setup for now which is in late january. I feel this was a WASTED visit...they could have been combined...and I'm SURE I'm expected to pay another copay besides. It's all a $$ making thing. Very disgruntled with t h e extra step here... an unnecessary visit for a test i already signed up for. MY TIME was set aside to get set up FOR THE TEST...not talk about t h e test. Uuugggh!
Took the time to be sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed out the door and have confidence in their practice.

First time I had met him and he explained things in detail and showed my pictures of the various types of sleep apnea and different types of masks and the 2 different sleep study tests. And he listened to me intently as well.

I don't understand why he would put in my notes that I need to do a full sleep study when he told me he didnt think I had a sleep issue. I dont think I have an issue either, i dont think that merits a 5k test without results showing there may be an issue. I am not confidant in this Dr. doing what is best for me. Very upset after my visit.

Doctor lied to me when he said I didn't have sleep apnea and he doesn't automatically order an expensive sleep study to every person there for consultation.

I felt the Dr. Koslowski was very knowledgeable, however he spoke a bit too rapidly for me to catch all his words.
